MY ROLE
I got to work on EngageX while at Veoc Tech Agency. This particular project upon completion made me get a promotion as a Snr Designer.
I got to work on the complete website design, mobile responsiveness and some features on the webapp. I collaborated with Product (Exon and Stella), Founder of Veoc Tech Agency (Olayinka) who was also my Manager.

FINDING OPPORTUNITIES TO DELIGHT USERS
EngageX is an AI-powered platform designed for athletes, sales professionals, entrepreneurs and cooperate professionals. It helps users train and refine there communication skills, captivate audience and elevate their influence. The platform features a hybrid coaching model that blends advanced technology with insights from the industry’s best certified professional coaches, delivering expert guidance that goes far beyond peer feedback. I collaborated with the Manager as well as the CEO of Veoc Tech Agency to identify the best design part to go with this particular project.
DESIGNING A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE
Key things i worked on in this project includes:
✅ Designed the entire website design for EngageX.
✅ Worked on the overall mobile responsive for both the website and webapp
✅ Onboarding: Sign-Up, Role Selection, AI Tutorial Video
✅ Pitch dashboard screen: Share pitch screens, practice pitch with AI-driven audience
✅ Audience Questions Pop-ups: Optional Q&A sessions triggered between phases (for pitch practice).
✅ AI Chat-bot: Ask questions about EngageX, get quick and real time feedback from the trained AI.
✅ Handled all pop-up modals across the software
DESIGN
The design for the website started by defining the core goal, helping users quickly understand what EngageX does and who it is for. The hero section was designed to communicate value at a glance, using a strong headline, supporting copy, and real human imagery to build trust. Visual hierarchy was carefully planned so the most important actions, like Get started and Try it for free, stand out clearly.
A clean layout and generous spacing were used to keep the page easy to scan. The use of real faces reinforces credibility and helps users relate to the product. Supporting visuals and micro-labels explain how the platform works without overwhelming the user. Navigation is simple and familiar, making it easy to explore features, pricing, and contact pages.
Also for the login authentications, the login process is designed to make access simple and secure for teams. Users can sign in using their work email and password, or choose faster options like Google login.
For companies using shared access, the Login with your organisation option allows users to sign in through their organisation’s setup, removing the need to create individual accounts. This helps teams get started quickly while keeping access controlled by the organisation.
Password recovery and session memory options are included to reduce friction during repeat logins. Overall, the flow supports both individual users and organisations, making onboarding smooth for teams of any size.
FINAL ITERATION
The design for the webapp focused on helping users quickly understand their progress and know what to do next. Progress indicators and scores are placed in visible areas to give instant feedback and motivation.
The sidebar navigation keeps key sections easy to find and supports frequent switching between practice, history, and analytics.
IMPACT
After launching EngageX, we realised we pulled more users than the set amount for this platform with over 20%. The founder spoke to us about having numerous meetings with several investors most especially in the sport industry months after launch.

This particular project made me know more about collaborating with people, cause we were a team of 8 who helped bring EngageX to life. I got to understand more about User Experience and how its very necessary while building a product for users. Due to the tight deadlines i saw my speed skyrocket, which have helped me worked fast in several projects after this.
